AFL series automatic flute laminator adopts timing belts imported from Japan, which
are constructed with wear resistant and high tensile, thus guarantee the extremely
accurate precision of lamination.
Adjustable glue roller system applies evenly on the corrugated paper and achieved
gluing action. The recycle gluing system is refilled glue in the slot at both gluing
rollers by electric glue controller. The glue system prevents wasting glue
that makes it efficiency.
The advanced suction belt feeding mechanism of the bottom sheet feeder ensures A,
B, C, D, E and F flute, single and double wall corrugated paper to be delivered
smoothly even at high speed.
